Sassi At Toowong

I thought I would try to save some money and try a new salon, chose this one as they offer olaplex and asked for a soft balayage but ended up having all the things done to my hair that I had specified I didn't want (too light, far too strong bleach used, stripey, not soft, contrasty, colour started far too low) The stylist was older then those I usually go to and the clients were all older too. I think they have many 50+ regular clients and that's great but do avoid it if you want a nice modern hair colour job done. It was the worst I have ever seen in real life, and unfortunately it was mine. I attached pics here too to show the foils which fell out straight away. The woman had booked in 6 people at one time and didn't get to me until 3.20 when our appointment was 2pm (in the time waiting I was not offered anything).
