Ordered the Teriyake Beef and it was overcooked. Spoke nicely to them to tell them the beef was overcooked and they said, "It's the marinade and it's cooked like that!" Made no offer to change it or apologise - practically said, "Take it or leave it."
For god's sake, I'm asian and I love my Japanese food. Teriyake beef is meant to be tender - not like chewing on rubber so tough that I had to ask for a knife to remotely eat it.
The Tempura also sucked. Correct me if I'm wrong but the batter is meant to be light and relatively crispy. This was saturated like a poorly cooked fish & chips.
