Not a bad restaurant but I does drive me a bit nuts when I order Buffalo wings and am given BBQ wings. I'd have give the feedback to the wait staff by no one asked how the food was.
FYI Sauce, Buffalo wings are called Buffalo wings because the come in Buffalo sauce, not the same BBQ sauce you cover your ribs in.
Secondly, when someone asks for the bill it's because they want to leave. Waiting 15mins for it to arrive is therefore annoying.
As a regular customer of this restaurant, I thought I could write an update to my review and share some of my experiences for my visits throughout the years.
The atmosphere of the restaurant seems to be quite of a mix of everything. With its low lighting, it infuses a finer dining feeling on an otherwise a family restaurant. I recently purchased a Scoopon Voucher to use at Sauce Bar and Grill. It was a $49.00 voucher and you got a 3 course meal. I thought it was a fantastic deal so i purchased it for my partner and I to go to enjoy a night out together. Before we left I called the restaurant to ask if they were BYO, the management answered the phone and without even saying hello they put me on hold for over 5 mins. They didn't ask me why i was calling they just made me wait on hold. My question lasted no longer than 10 seconds. I thought this was very rude and bad customer service but i just let that go. When we arrived at the restaurant we ordered our meals, in the terms and conditions it said that if we wanted prawns we had to pay extra, i had no problem with that as it was clearly stated on the voucher.
