Horrible. Would never go there again and would not recommend to anyone. My hair was burnt from the cheap dye. Surrounding my whole face was dyed it took days of scrubbing to come off, I couldn't go anywhere. The colour was too dark. And I was charged for a full head of foils where all I got was a tint.
I went and nicely tried to explain my situation and give them a chance to resolve it, and I was met with.... "you wanted it dark... it'll wash out over the next few weeks to the colour you want... the dye on your face will wash off soon... this is all normal and expected... I paid extra because that's how much it cost." They never offered to fix it, a refund or even provide a discount next time I come in (not that I would ever go back). My hair is completely damaged. The cut was if it was done with blunt scissors. No wonder they don't have many customers. I thought I was helping a local business, then I could spread the good word - nope, just the opposite!
If you are in a rush you`d better find another salon. I takes them 3 hrs to have my hair done every time (middle-length hair, highlights, haircut & blow dry) Also stay away from the new person who burnt my neck during blowdry and she didnt even notice it until i told her how much it hurt me! 3 weeks later the burn is still very much visible! Not happy at all and never use their service ever again!
Very happy with Scala. I love the hair colour and it lasts well. I always get a treatment too which is really helping my hair. Very friendly and helpful staff who make you feel relaxed and welcome. The lovely lady always gets my fringe cut at the perfect level which is great because it actually sits properly when she cuts it. I always make another appointment each time I go to ensure I don't miss out on a future appointment. In fact my daughter now gets her hair cut and coloured here as well. Recommend
