Unfortunately I experienced an unpleasant appointment with Dr Lin. She was unprofessional and spoke inappropriately. I won’t be seeing her again. A very long wait.

Again I must say how happy I am with the service. Sometimes yes, I have to wait a while but I feel that my concerns were addressed and my Doctor was sympathetic..I have noticed that an emergency came in while I was waiting and the Nurses were on the scene and the patient was taken away very promptly...worth the wait!

On visiting the doctor this weekend, once again I am happy with this surgery. I got in on the same day and being a Saturday morning was both surprised and grateful. I was seen promptly and the receptionist was very helpful as I required to have some paperwork photo copied and faxed. I recommend this surgery to others.

After 40 min of waiting I asked reception when my doctor will be available. They then found out the doctor already left for the day.

The place looks run down and tired. Very disappointing! There are other practices with friendlier staff in a nicer environment! Don't go here!

Terrible wait times. Been 3 times in the last couple of months and shortest wait has been 45min, longest 1.5hr. No apologies, no advanced notice.
