Every time I have been to see Nick, he has dealt with my pain in such a caring and professional way. The thing I love about him is that he treats the core problem, not just the symptom. I had been to a number of different physios and doctors to treat my chronic achilles tendonitis, but Nick was the only one who worked out what the cause was - a circulation problem, not a tendon problem . Once this was fixed, the pain I had had since 2008 was gone. He fixed my frozen shoulder pain as well. I love his new premises as well - attractive and easy to access, with a great view!
Waited 2 days to get appointment then got cancelled on that day, next appointment a week away. Yes I work full time and can only come after 5. Would defiantly not recommend this service to anyone. Just as well my back ain't so bad today.

as the owner of the business we are extremely sorry for your experience. Recently both of our physios have been very popular and the late appointments do book out quickly. Please accept a complementary half hour massage as an apology from our clinic.
We realise that we treat many busy people who live in Redcliffe and work in the city, who need an appointment after 5.
This is why in 2014 we have a new physio who will be working after hours until 8pm from Tuesday to Friday and we will also be opening on Saturday mornings.
We will also be offering a "same day appointment guarantee" where we can offer you a convenient, on time appointment on the day which you call us, just to make the whole experience easier.
Your in good hands! I was referred to Nick for two injuries, I arrived in so much pain and discomfort beyond belief. From the first appointment I was given a truthful and careing outlook "its going to get better". At the time I could not forecast my recovery as my pain was intollerable and I had never had injuries so my belief was faltered but not Nicks. His experience and guidance is beyond words, the ladies on reception are kind and amazing in managing appointments. I value my time with Nick, I trust his proffessional guidance and you will too..... For a lifetime!.
