We are a family friendly club offering taekwondo classes for adults and kids (ages 7+) alike. Improve your focus, fitness, co-ordination and self confidence, all while learning useful self-defence skills and making new friends! Come down for a free trial - no experience required. New students are always welcome!

*NEW* Kids only Class (ages 7 to 10) starting Term 3, 2107. Tuesdays 4:30 - 5:20 pm. Just $10 a class or $80 for 10 lessons, plus a free uniform for new students. Register your interest now!

Regular classes (adults and kids 11+) Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm. Kids (11-17) $6 a class or $55 for 10 classes. Adults $7 a class or $65 for 10 classes. Special offer for new students: 50% off your first 8 lessons!

You can small group instruction covering self-defence, kicking and punching technique, traditional patterns and sparring from our experienced, internationally certified instructors.
