Scarlett Music

A complete pleasure to deal with! Was shopping for a digital piano. They were one of the first shops I went to when I had no idea what I was looking for. Lovely guy showed me to where he pianos were and gave me an general rundown of the pianos, then he let me sit and play with which ever one took my fancy; never pushy and left me to it. This made me comfortable to test them out to my leasure. In the course of the next week I bothered them multiple times with phone calls asking about all sorts of things and went back to the store to play with the pianos to be sure. They were lovely and welcoming everytime. When I finally made my decision, and they were indeed the best price I could get, I made the purchase. The owner was so kind and she personally helped out when I realised the packaging was much bigger than I expected. A great experience. Next time I have music needs I will make Scarlett music my first stop for sure!

Upon walking into the store, Scarlett music is located on the corner of a busy main road in the western suburbs. The shop front looks really old and ran down. Their main exterior wall has music artwork decorated which gives it a bit of soul. Inside the store wasn't very well lit. The staff were young men who seemed very laid back and friendly. Their service approach was to ask for assistance when needed as I guess they didn't want to be a pushy salesperson. Scarlett stocks your leading brands in musical instruments although they only had one drum kit on display. I was actually shopping for a drum kit. My brother was looking for a guitar and all your quality and high end pieces could be found here. Price seemed reasonable but it was hard to judge as it was the first store I walked into looking for a drum kit & guitar.
