Scho built us a modern, two storey home in the Perth suburb of Melville. The level of finishes has been superior and certainly very good value for money in relation to other finished houses weve seen. The experience with Scho was a positive one, they were very responsive, more than helpful and anything that needed to be fixed was fixed in a timely manner. If someone is looking for a builder I have no hesitation in recommending Scho Homes.

Scho Homes have built us a beautiful custom design, double storey, contemporary home. They offered the best price and value for what we were looking at. As soon as we moved in, it felt like home. The building experience was fantastic and their customer service was great. Our home was built within 12 months, which was excellent. Our building experience was very enjoyable and weve already recommended Scho Homes to many of our friends and family.

Scho Homes have built a 500 square meter home for me on a block facing the ocean, in Ocean Reef. One of the things that impressed me first by Scho homes was in the first meeting when we talked about the tender price and the tender contract for a renovation, was the straightforwardness or honesty of the people at Scho Homes. They effectively gave me feedback which put me in a position where I was able to make the decision to dispense the idea of renovating the home and rather build a new home on that block. Going into the project, I firstly had experience with building a house in another country and that was an incredibly stressful process, with many stressful days and lots of hiccups. Scho Homes built us a double storey 4 by 2.5 home on a small back block. We came across Scho Homes by way of referral from our parents and they came highly recommended. The process of building with Scho homes was very enjoyable, they were very accommodating as we had specific needs. We thought the process was going to be quite stressful but in the end it turned out to be quite a lot of fun. Since we moved in we have found the quality of the home to be absolutely fantastic. Specifically we have been impressed with the workmanship of the whole house. Scho Homes really reached the next level was in their communication with us. We had a lot of one-on-one dealings with Shane himself and his staff were always getting back to our emails and calls within minutes to hours, certainly within the business day. They have very professional people in the organization that actually guide you through the different processes and everyone from the reception going upwards was extremely friendly and very very helpful. The quality of the house build is excellent, I even have cornices in my garage. The kitchen is beautiful, I've got some fabulous ocean views and a fantastic bathroom and bedroom, all of a very good size. That's what I wanted in the design, and I actually got what I wanted, so I'm very happy.
