Our family has been buying jewellery from Scholten Jewellers for years. My mother has had her 40+ year old engagement and wedding rings re-designed there, we have both bought pendants, earrings, bracelets and rings.

I experienced huge problems with this store, the staff member I dealt with was rude from the minute I walked in.



I had to return to the store 3 times in order to pick up my item properly repaired because of a miscommunication between the staff and a lack of attention to detail.



When I asked if there was any way the cost of repair could be discounted because of the inconvenience caused, staff completely flew off the handle, telling me that staff was upset.

Staff also acted like it was my fault that I had to return a third time because I didn't want to wait half an hour to fix up the error.



Overall, the whole thing was a complete nightmare and I regret not taking my business somewhere else at the first sign of bad customer service. Would not recommend!
