Stay way from this agent, that’s what I leaned by paying VCAT $3.9K.
I had with the agent for about 2 years before transferred to another. During the period with it, I have to chase up for fixing from beginning. They say tenant did not cooperate for fixing, but VCAT did not adopt the excuse. VCAT final decision is to pay $3.9K to tenant due to no fix for the period under the agent management.
The agent do not want pay any bit money of VCAT decisions. The property manager shirks their responsibility – “the management was transferred from our agency”, and their head Billy just hide pretend never saw your email and message.
The agent is not responsible. You pay management fee, chase their work, and finally you pay $3.9K according to VCAT decisions.
We used this agent to look after our rental property for more than a year, so disappointed or even be angry with their poor custom service. The tenants have left our house with a lot of issues and damages but we have been told by the agent none of the issues we brought out should be pin on them. We have been dealing with few staff and none of them are trustworthy. If there is Zero, I will definitely rate it to them.
