Andrew you are so right, we have used Schwarz Mechanical for more years than I can remember, the quality of service has always been first class. The cost and reliability have been reasonable and he has always used genuine parts when requested. We have never had cause for complaint. Good honest hard workers.
Obviously this Phil TC is a wanker. Schwarz mechanical is the only place I trust for any mechanical repairs to all my vehicles. Paul knows what he is doing and is the most honest mechanic I have ever known. Cannot highly recommend him enough as he has been dealing with cars for many years and is very reasonably priced. One of the hardest workers I have ever met and is straight forward with any questions you may have with any vehicle.
DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC! I have gradually discovered that what I paid them to fix had to be redone. Front suspension (threaded new part) and exhaust (not repaired). Left this place with the same problems I paid to have fixed and a new problem as well - driver's side door no longer closed properly. Seems as though someone at the shop was leaning on it while it was open. Even gave them a second chance to fix the clunking front suspension. They added a spacer, which didn't solve the problem. Later discovered when we paid to have it fixed a second time elsewhere that a ratchet gun had been used to tighten the strut top bolt which had threaded it and caused the clunking sound. This meant not only did we have to pay more labour for something they should have fixed the first time, but we also had to replace the brand new part that they destroyed.
