Scissor & Roc

I have been going to this salon since they opened. So welcoming and comfortable, I can even bring my dog. I've never been so committed to the one hairstylist until I met Jesinda. I've never really been able to relax at a salon - until Scissor and Roc. It's the mixture of the staff - always smiling and friendly, the wonderful relaxing shampoo/conditon experience, the expert cutting and styling. Even when I've had the other stylist cut, shampoo, colour or style my hair over the years, I've always walked out with a smile.

The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are nice, but I've had my hair coloured here twice and have been disappointed both times. On the second time I explained that I wasn't happy with the first colour as I left with substantial regrowth. This fell on deaf ears as I again walked out without the regrowth being broken. I'll be at another hairdressers in 2 weeks to fix it.

Such a waste of time and money.
