Hopeless customer service, always sign on the door to ring number if you want to look at Scooters. On the Day I was ready to buy I went there rang number on door. Waited 20 minutes. he eventually turned up, stood impatiently while I looked over the scooters and he showed complete disinterest in taking my money. His prices were good but I walked out and went to another dealer who matched his price and was happy to take my money.

My exerience with the owner of the company was terrible. I though I had a service paid from the previous owner, in a previous phone call and when I brought the scooter they rush me off and did not listen to my enquire. So obviusly when I pick it up he ask me to pay for the service.
Bad enough I would have paid for the service which was not sure If was paid for, but I made him notice his bad custumer service, where he didn`t let me clearify my point in the begginning.
Right after my comment he went off at my starting with racist comment about Italians and European people, (well you not have started a business with Italian product and an European population custumers). I went to this place the other day with 2k budget to leave my vespa for service and solve some cosmetics it has.

The best place in Sydney to buy or service your scooter. I brought my second scoter a VS150 from Wensley 6 years ago and he has serviced and looked after it ever since. My only regret is hat I did not buy my first scooter from him.

He is there to offer advice and will if given the opportunity aim to sell you what suits your needs not what you think you want even if it is a cheaper scooter as he only sells quality brands. So if you are looking for a bit of La Dolce Vita a Roman holiday or just want a cheap reliable runabout I cannot recommend anyone better.

As a professional salesman for over 25 years I am thick skinned when it comes to dealing with the every day consumer, and I am skeptical when it comes to reviews I have read on most places - because "unfortunately" the majority of reviews posted alleged negative situations they claim to have had experienced at a particular hotel, restaurant, or motorbike / scooter dealer, like "Scooteria Sydney" for example. Personally, I am a very picky and "tough customer to please" and I have posted reviews on just about every experience I have had over the years. My experience in dealing with Scooteria, particularly dealing with the sales man Steve from the first telephone call I made, to my first visit at the dealership in Stanmore N.S.W., was nothing short of an excellent, professional, and genuine experience.
