they was absolutely amazing with me.. i ll recommend to everyone from overseas that want to buy a bike and don t know anything about blue slip, pink slip, rego and all this story which are different from us ... they were for me more helpful then all the nsw office which i visited and the other dealers. at the moment i have a good relationship with them ... and i hope it will be well maintained in the future
Would definitely recommend these guys - I've used a few workshops over the years and never felt 100% confident i was getting decent service but these guys were great.
They managed my expectations really well from ordering the parts to matching the cost estimates to having the bike ready when they said they would.
These guys do work on your bike without telling you then charge you for it. Took my scooter in for a service/second opinion after the first repairer said it was a write-off and not even worth servicing, no charge. Said the same thing to these guys, service and have a look, wanted a second opinion, received a call advising what was wrong, how much etc and not road-worthy, which is ok as expected, said i needed to think about the work, called them later to pick it up assuming no work was done... they charged me for service! why bother to service it when it's not road worthy?! didn't even bother to mention if service was done or needed to be done over the phone. There's No customer focus at all this place.
What a BAD experience I've had with this shop! Went to buy an helmet: walked in and aksed if they had open face helemts. Answer, without lifitng the eyes form their computer: they're all over there around the corner.
Not bothered to even say "Hi" or anything.
Anyway, I went around the corner, chose an helmet completely without assistance, went back to their desk and asked if it was possible to exchange it in case the size wouldn't fit (it was a present for my GF). Answer: no, we don't exchange helmets...that's the rule. (??????)
Well, I went then back, put the helmet where it was and walked out saying: ok, thank you. None of them even bothered to say a word.
Just disgusting!
There's plenty of professional shops more than happy to assist and please customers. Don't waste your time with them.

Great Service Department and excellent sales from Daryl....
I purchased a new scooter and I had an old scooter serviced with Scooter world.
Service: Scooter World fixed my scooter when another company couldn't.
They did a great job and I was Very Happy with the price and level of service.
Sales: In Dec 2010 I purchased a new Kymco Agility 125cc from Daryl.
There was no messing about and the deal I got was equal to the best deal over the phone from other dealers.
Unlike the other reviewer I am very happy and I would highly recommend Scooter World!
If you're buying a new bike or scooter, I suggest that you phone around first for the best price and then call them.
