Your local Home Modification and Maintenance Service helping you find a way to stay in the home and community you love.Scope Home Access is registered to provide a range of supports, including Home Modifications and Occupational Therapy assessments for the elderly through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), and for participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The complexity of modifications can vary greatly from minor modifications such as grab rails, hand held showers, lever taps, handrails, and access ramps to major modifications which can involve renovations to your bathroom, kitchen or access areas.
