Hi. I recently came in contact with this company at my real estate agent and I must say they experience left a bad taste in my mouth to say the least. I was verbally abused over a car park by a staff member from this company. I informed Scope and they told me it didn't come from their worker. The real estate lady saw the whole situation unfold in front of her as she was at the front desk. Shocking behaviour considering he was representing your company! I will never go threw them.
Fred was at my house within 45 minutes after I called him was very friendly and helpful. He performed a full inspection of my property after I found a termite nest and quickly treated the area. He did not push for a full termite treatment of the property because he saw my current treatment was still good for another 12 months. Very reasonable rate charged.
Jessica called me only minutes after my initial online enquiry. Fred was able to come that afternoon and was friendly and helpful. He has had to come back once to spray again and nothing was too much trouble.
