We recently rented a holiday home through Scott's Head Real Estate. And it was possibly the most infuriating experience I've ever had. I was told that 'I don't make enough commission on these rentals to follow up emails'. The communication was basic at best. I truly feel for the owners of these holidays homes, there is absolutely no customer service. If I could contact the owners personally I would!
