Pretty shocking experience all round with this dealership, from being falsely promised a delivery date for a vehicle to what i assume was done to "close the deal" to receiving a vehicle which was damaged in pre-delivery after waiting almost 5 additional weeks.
Further to this, I have been experiencing an on-going issue with my vehicle from pretty much day 1 which involves an issue with a first to second gear grind. Pretty disappointing for an almost 60k vehicle. The vehicle has been back and fourth from the dealership multiple times at my expense, to then be simply be shrugged off with a generic line "Triple Syncros". (I have replicated the issue to one of there tecs)
Furthermore dealing with another warranty claim due to a crack near the tailgate hinge, i am expected to pay for my own loan vehicle whilst my vehicle is repaired.
Just a warning for anyone that is considering purchasing a vehicle from the dealership as well as servicing steer clear.
Booked my car in for a 100,000 km service and for a pink slip, and specified at the time it must be ready by 3.30pm as I had an important appointment. I arrived at 3.25pm, not having been notified of any problem, and was told there was a 15 min hold-up. I only got the car at 4.30pm -so too late for my important appointment, and no pink slip provided as they didn't have a part - again no previous indication of any problem. I was furious, and they did offer to provide the pink slip and fit the part for free. They then promised to notify when the part came in and forgot to do so. I had to ring up again. The service was still about $500! I won't go back here unless I have to.
Always great service. They found a fixed a knocking sound on my Jazz for one hours labour. I thought it was the usual Jazz gear box fault but it was way more serious - the lock nut that holds a front wheel on was loose. Today Abdul did a great job installing number plate covers while I had a coffee in their comfortable show room.
Glittering showroom. Polite staff , good coffee machine and yes, tiny muffins to seal the sale but if something goes wrong down the track don't expect them to compensate you. I bought a Honda Accord Euro here in 2005. Since then, much to the angst of my neighbours, the alarm activates in heavy rain usually around 4 am. Despite returning the vehicle to "Service" not less than 13 times the problem remains. Honda Australia's policy...no replacement vehicle and no refund! This car is a lemon in Honda's basket of apples.
Buy a car and have a juice or coffee!
As we walked on the perfectly polished floors of this Honda Dealership we were warmly greeted by Mike O'Shea.
After asking us which car we were interested in he promptly provided us with a booklet and gave us a guided tour of the car and its different models.
