This is another one of those small coffee shops that I love, especially when you can spend some time here with a pot of tea (they usually do it in a pot), and a good book. When I was here on a weekday it was rather quiet, at least out the back, since there was a steady stream of regulars passing by grabbing their morning coffee. The prices are what I have come to expect from Sydney, but the atmosphere is nice, and I was able to spend some time in the place relaxing. A place I'd certainly check out again in the future.

So Scout's coffee definitely hits the top 3 in Redfern. Haven't tried like Frappe's or Smoothie's or anything but I'm guessing they're sick.
If you've got a sweet tooth, Scout's does SIIIIICK muffins OH MY GOOOOD!! Seriously, none of this choc chip business.
I had a blue berry, pear and white chocolate muffin. Dude. Almost broke up with my girlfriend for stealing a bite.
Their menu is full of good stuff BUT it's also SUPER healthy and they'll turn anything on their menu vego.
Price is pretty good too!
Only down side is they don't take card but whatever! Cause they have Skip, so it's not like you really need it.
(If you don't know what Skip is, get on it. It's going to change your life.)
