We recently purchased a Town House in Neutral Bay and wanted a new "timber" floor laid on the existing polished concrete floor throughout the ground floor. The SE Timber team were open with advice and options, were competitively priced, and project managed the work well. We worked with the SE Flooring Chatswood team on the appropriate flooring type, underlay, skirting, skotia, etc. The polished concrete floor required "levelling" which is essential if your floor is not completely level throughout. Our final decision was to purchase the Quick Step Ready Floor Blackbutt 1 Strip Engineered Floor with the Quick-Step Combi-Lay Underlay. The installation team was excellent, completed the job in 2 days, and were a pleasure to work with. The new floor is brilliant and we are very pleased with the outcome.
