very disappointed. the lady that served me didn’t listen to me when i asked for sns, and she thought i was getting extensions so she cut a nail off that i had trying to grow out. then, i asked her politely to stop cutting and just file, and she refused and kept cutting. i told her again, this time more firmly to stop and again she refused and said she needed to make them even. i told her that i was paying and they were my nails and she kept saying “no they need to be even” and became very vigorous with her movements and was very rough. this experience definitely wasn’t worth a two hour wait and fifty dollars as well. overall, VERY disappointing do not go.
That’s surprising because i have never experienced that before at that place. But i hope you have found a new place to get your nails done and they give you what you need.
