Booking misplaced to start took far to long to take order then mixed order up them got loud abuse from staff left without having a meal because the waiter said the meals would be another 30 minutes before

The worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude. Food not served until over an hour of waiting and once it arrived the order was wrong or average in quality. Not worth our time and certainly not family friendly!

Read previous review, sounded promising, booked and went on a Saturday night with children. Ordered pizza, we were kept waiting 25 minutes until garlic pizza entre arrived then kept waiting another 50 minutes until further pizzas arrived. Very hungry at this stage, pizza 3mm thin with very little topping, . Really wished we had not bothered and gone to one of the other (much more ambient) restaurants in the complex instead. A big miss for us. There won't be a next time. Review based on food only - however staff were very pleasant.

We live locally and keep on going back. We have tried Pizza's from the other local places and they are nowhere near as good. As a local, I call up place my order, then head down to the restaurant and have a glass of wine while I wait. They have their own Italian pizza oven makes a huge difference and is a great feature. Definitely recommend.
