Tonight, my family ordered a seafood pack from Seafood on Bermuda, when we arrived home we discovered that the seafood pack was missing 2 of the items that were meant to be in the pack. I contacted the management by telephone and they repeatedly stated that I was mistaken, however they swiftly stated they would give me 2 items of food for free when I next visit the restaurant and than hung up the phone without giving me any opportunity to speak. My wife than telephoned the management to ask for an explanation as to why they hung up on us, they became extremely patient and spoke very aggressively and disrespectfully towards my wife. I drive down to the shop only to be met with aggressive and intimating behaviour by the management. I will be contacting the office of fair trading. We can not believe the way we were treated by this business. Is there a zero star. Me refund, no apology, just aggressive behaviour
