Seaford Post Office Business Centre

These guys are the rudest people I have ever come across in a service industry

These guys are atrocious, twice in the last month the "old bloke" who does the parcel post deliveries to the letterbox on his bike has marked it as delivered at exactly the same time 12:04pm, but not delivered the items. I have had to lodge complaints and wait extended periods to receive said items.

The Postal van posties,Fork lift drivers and the Truckies on Forecourt of the Heversham Seaford Mail centre are very helpful, courteous and obliging..............the much-lacking Counter staff inside would do well to learn from their lead and example

All counter staff seem to be on permanent go-slow mode and would not dream of lifting a finger or go to any effort to be happy, helpful or obliging.......

Seaford business centre not good service. Apparently a parcel was attempted to be delivered 22nd april being an rdo for my business plus others. No notice left inmail box and upon contacting the supplier of parcel find still at seaford business centre. No card or attempt to deliver to a business addeess and now 6th may.
Contacted australia post and yes parcel still there.
I have to pick up, no delivery.
