Organised for a quote, an angry rude little man turned up before 8am when he was booked for 9. Doesn't measure up any of the doors or screens before deciding to leave unbeknown to my partner or myself. A once great local company gone down the drain. Do not waste your time
Most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with! Please read the bad reviews as I wished I had done this prior.
We booked an appointment in 3 weeks in advance to have all windows measured and installed as well as 2 security screens.
The time was made specifically to suit someone home after work and it turns out that the guy came out in the morning instead as he was running early that day.
When I rang up to find out what happened as I couldn’t understand why they didn’t show at 2.30pm as organised I was talked to like a 5 year old and was told that he was early and wasn’t going to wait around for 3 hours.
Not only did I book this appointment well in advance but was told that he couldn’t come out now for another few weeks. ...read more
My advice is believe the bad reviews you are reading on the internet about Seaford Blinds and dont go any where near this company. I ordered my screens 5 months ago and as expected waited 8 weeks for them to arrive.
What I didn't expect was that 2 of the 8 screens were double the size they were supposed to be. I was calm and considered that mistakes are sometimes made when measuring.
