Seair Airconditioning

John and the Seair guys have been brilliant. We engaged them to install airconditioners in a house and apartment and they were prompt, competitive and delivered excellent customer service. We were kept informed every step of the way and appreciated their quick response and "can do" attitude. Could not recommend them highly enough. They carry the top brands.

Sales staff knew more about installing the air conditioner than the installers they called. Job was done neatly though and they did not leave a mess. Their a/c cleaning could be better. Call a pro to do the cleaning.

My AC had turned itself off and delivered a rather cryptic message: "J2". So, I called Seair made a booking. They arrived on time and gave it a look. To my horror, when the unit was turned on, it did not display the problem! The friendly technician opened the unit, and tightened everything up. I fully expected him to pack up his tools at that point. But he didn't. He said "let's shut it down and then turn it on again, just to be sure". The AC unit started and began cooling as if to taunt me. Still the Seair man stayed and watched the display. And then, finally, it shut down and proclaimed "J2". The technician's diligence and patience meant that we're on the way to cooler air (part is ordered)! That's something you don't see too often.

Seair popped round to do a service last week and, thankfully, they did the work without trying to upsell us to new units (its the oldest trick in the book, but when someone actually does not recommend shelling our more money it is appreciated). Their advice was good.
