I was a repeat customer who had a 3 year old fridge that needed new door hinges .

They said they could do the job. They replaced the seal that did not doing as i checked it myself. They also stated that a bolt under the door hinge should to be hard on the ground despite what the manual said that it was should be clear of the ground.

When i spoke to the person who did the job they advise that they had been doing this for 20 years and they know what they are doing.... obviously not. Was very rude.. Do not use.

Despite being a repeat customer I was disgusted at the service given by this business.

I had my freezer seals replaced 3 months ago and despite their guarantee the seals split and buckled in 2 months. When called out they then had the audacity to blame me for spilling something sticky - and hit me up for a service fee. There top quality seals must be really great if they fail that easily! To add insult to injury when I rang the owner he said he would come out personally - but has never turned up. I would avoid any dealings with this company at all costs. Poor quality goods and insultingly rude service.

Excellent service. Quick response & very customer service orientated. Replaced my fridge seals in no time & even adjusted my freezer door which was slightly off level. Cleaned up work area before leaving. Very professional.
