Mr Kefford approached us as he was in the neighbourhood and noticed that our roof tiles were in poor condition. After discussing what the job would entail and the cost, we agreed to his pressure washing, repainting and resealing the roof tiles and ridge caps together with tidying up the mess that would be generated in our place and the next door neighbour's. After completing the job he called to collect the balance due; I pointed out that the ridge capping at the front of the house had not been completed to my satisfaction; he was unhappy and offhanded but redid that section. Our next door neighbour unfortunately had to wash down the mess on his house and driveway.

We are so dissapointed with the outcome of our roof, we went from red tiles to have it painted charcoal, when the job was first finished they called me to let me know and I said I wanted to inspect the job before I handed over the cash, I was at work at the time and could not get home till late afternoon, but he was not very nice to me so we paid him as he assured me the job was done professionally, my neighbours on the lower side told me how much red was still visible from their side so we had to call these guys back, even after them coming back we are still able to see red from many different angles, my husband was so sick of all of this he just told the guy to drop some paint off and we would fix it ourselves so he just dropped some paint off without even checking the job again
I would like to say that i was impressed with the resteration albert and his boys did all in one day the slate gray really made my home stand out in my street. I referred them to next door and there job looks great to thanks lads see you in a years time for the weather damage cheack. Great idea by the way.
