Very poor. They have shocking customer service and do not understand simple alteration terms. Had no clue how to bustle a dress and couldn't do it even with a sample to follow. The management is passive , refused to give a refund when job was not done and even with me returning with the sample dress to show them. Would definitely recommend anywhere but here?

They have awful customer service. They may be able to sow up a leg hem with ease, but anything more complicated than that has no clue. I got my dress back and it was the completely wrong thing. Then they refused to fix it for me and claimed that I did not explain it correctly. They were going to charge me again to fix their own mistakes, and since I had already paid for their services, I declined. Take your clothes ANYWHERE but here.
