Sean's Kitchen
It has been quite a long time since I came here to Sean's Kitchen. I had a friend visiting from interstate and she requested for dinner here last night so we did just that. Luckily we made a booking as it was quite busy I thought for a cold week night. We found the service to be prompt and friendly and the menu read okay just a tad on the pricey side but expected and the food itself that we ordered was well-prepared and served to us. I really enjoyed the salad I ordered and absolutely enjoy their hot chips! My other friend ordered the Prawn Linguine and they were quite generous with their serving which was great. The prawns were huge as well, she just said that it tasted a little too 'prawny' but really nice nonetheless.
Enjoyed a great corporate meal here after a conference in Adelaide.
The food was great - as were the mango & cracked pepper gin & tonics.
It was incredibly busy and took a while to be served, but was worth the wait.
Lovely ambiance to the room and private rooms available also.
Really enjoyed the chicken saltimbocco and the apple and blueberry pie for dessert.
First time coming here today, had a lunch catchup with a friend. The arrival greeting was good, service was wick and friendly, the food came out quite quickly which was good considering it was lunch time and the place was quite busy. The menu for me, wasn't the best because I'm not much of a seafood lover nor am I adventurous in that way, but there were still items on there that tickled my fancy. It is on the pricey side, but the food we ordered was good and the service was also. The atmosphere nice and the place itself was lovely. Definitely worth giving a try.
WOW WOW WOW!
one of the top leading restaurants in Adelaide at the moment, a MUST to visit for the best wine and dine experience for any one in adelaide.
This is located right next to the casino, but also the train station - so it would get a lot of foot traffic and is absolutely brilliant inside.
the dcor, is certainly beautiful and the ham museum is a must see. It will keep all your friends talking for months to come. the welcoming staff, are excellent at their job and make you feel right at home but in a classy atmosphere. to be able to see what goes on in the kitchen through glass walls is wonderful. nothing "dodgy" can possibly go on with your food, other wise you will see! this place has blown me away with many of its meals, including the theatrical performance of a risotto in a tube. if you get the chance to visit make sure your prepared to pay the price as it is not too cheap. but certainly worth every penny.
