If you're a busy person, our offsite bookkeeping service is the convenient option for you! We will pick up your files, complete what needs to be done and hand it straight back to you. There's no need to purchase and update your own expensive accounting software either! We can pick up your paperwork if you are local to the Boyne Island, Tannum Sands and most Gladstone regions; otherwise we can conveniently use remote access, email, courier, or post if not in these areas.

Trade Contractors and Small Business are our speciality - we understand small business - no job is too basic or too difficult! If your bookwork is not up to date, mishandled or hasn't been completed at all, we can help too. We can even take care of your typing with quick speed and high accuracy.

We're professional and reliable, having over 12 years experience using MYOB with fantastic references (we also used QuickBooks, Cashflow Manager and other accounting programs; we're fast learners and pick up computing programs quickly).

- Regular monthly, quarterly or yearly data entry
- Setup & maintain your MYOB (or other software) company file
- Sort out financial records and associated data entry
- Financial Statements - Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet

- Bank Reconciliations
- Payroll, PAYG, Payment Summaries and Superannuation
- BAS / GST Preparation for your Accountant or Tax Agent to lodge (we're not registered BAS or Tax Agents).
- Liaise with your Tax Agent or Accountant
