Seaside Removals

I recently used seaside removals to move from Broadbeach to mitcham in Victoria

Not only was there quote very well priced but the service was exceptional all the way through no damage polite office staff & efficient freindly movers a top company!

I did review seaside on here & saw some negative feed back but was encouraged by a freind to try them as she also had a posotive experience.

I'm glad I used seaside & would Recomend these guys if you want a pleasant experience in your move

I had an excellent experience with this company . I recently had a removal and found their customer service was wonderful. My furniture arrived in full and no damage. The guys kept in regular contact from pickup to delivery. A massive thank you to everyone at seaside you made experience a pleasant one.

STAY CLEAR of this "removalist". disgusting telephone mannerism - half the time you can't even contact them! Damaged and dirty items with a simple "oh well not our problem". They might look cheap, but stay far far far away and go with someone who you can rely on with your possessions.

Definitely would NOT recommend and advise everyone to stay clear of this business. This company have been extremely unprofessional and sloppy. Our items were not delivered in full. Only some of our items were delivered and to make matters worse we also received other clients personal papers and private documents. On the second delivery, which we had to chase them for, again, only partial delivery was made and again, other peoples items were delivered. Of the items that were ours, many were smashed and broken and we are still missing expensive tools of trade and other personal papers and items. We have tried on many occasions to resolve it but they don't answer the phone and don't reply to emails quickly. We will be seeking legal advice for damages. Can only assume that someone has our personal papers like we received others personal papers including tax and company registers for someone else, not ours. I would NOT recommend using this company. I've had nothing but unprofessional people to deal with & disgusting customer service. I've never dealt with anything to this degree & wouldn't want anyone to have to waste their time on dealing with people like this. I don't normally bother about bad feedback as I like to highlight positivity but this was too overwhelming to avoid. I hope I've helped save someone having to deal with. Very unhappy :(
