Stayed here for 7 days and really loved the room here on the 11th floor overlooking Pier Street. The windows open which is refreshing. Quite spacious double room. The buffet breakfast is stndard hot english which I love, always busy during check in and check out times which would be an indication of this being a favorite due to its prime location, great service standards and competitive prices. Would definitely come back
We stayed in this hotel when we came to Perth to look for a house to rent as we are planning to move to Perth. The place is in the city and near the shops, restaurants and walking distance to Bell Tower/Riverside. The place is very clean and the staff are nice.
This Hotel is situated in the heart of Perth, exactly in a very city centre
If You want to reach one of the main shopping streets, like Hay Street or Murray Street, You need 2 or 3 minutes of walking to get there. So the location of the Hotel is excellent.
Next adventages of this Hotel are really large rooms and additional utility room for wardrobe. It was a nice suprise for me that the bathroom contains both shower and bathtub.
