I rang to make an appointment and was told " We don't take new patients"
Why? I found that very rude and unfriendly, would not recommend them, went across the road and got good service and friendly staff.
The doctor is 72 years of age and due for retirement and that is why they are not taking any more clients in for now. The doctor has enough clients to deal with at this stage and would not be able to cope with any larger number of clients than what the doctor currently see's. Hope you understand. The reception staff is not usually rude. Sorry you had a bad experience.
I have visited Dr Rose who runs this clinic for 18 years and have found him to be both reliable and thorough in his examinations with me and I believe with other patients of his known to me that have also visited him over the 18 years he has been my doctor!
He is non assuming and I give him top marks for the way he shows top care and help. Dr Rose is very supportive, competent and compassionate and is easy to talk to has a terrifc sense of humor, he does not just write out scripts he asks insightful questions to assist with diagnosis so that he can give a thorough and proper diagnosis in order to help you properly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Dr Rose. He takes as little or long as you need and makes you feel that you are important. He is a terrific doctor.
