I was given their details from the Law Institute referral service. When I rang MLB to book the 30 minute free referral consultation they said "No need to meet. We can do this by phone and emails". They then demand I sign a costs agreement. After responding a few times by email and phone about my case they send me a bill for over $1200! Even billing me for emails they sent demanding I sign the costs agreement. Unbelievable!.
I ended up paying under duress because I was running out of time to lodge my FWA form. They then send me a letter after the money was deposited stating they don't have time to deal with me and to get another lawyer. I got nothing for the money I paid and ended up having to do the legal work myself.
Avoid MLB.
