Sechi Hair Salon

This haircut was by far the worst I've ever had. Appalling in every sense. It was just a simple trim without layering. My hair is all one length and sits just below my shoulders. I wanted just a couple of inches off to freshen the ends up. Firstly my hair has a slight natural wave. It was not washed at all. The person cutting it( I cannot say hairdresser - because I am certain she was not qualified) straightened my hair until it was poker straight, then section by section with the straightening irons and scissors she proceeded to cut. I was left with an extremely uneven cut. She turned the chair round and cut one side without measuring or looking at the other side to compare. I have never my hair trimmed this way before, and obviously for good reason.

By far the worst hair salon in the world! Looks fancy, great location in port melbourne but this salon completely ruined my long thick hair! I asked for a shade lighter from my medium blonde hair colour and i came out with white fried hair with orange roots and a river of tears! Worst customer service and charged me a leg and an arm plus i had to pay more money else where to fix and correct the problem and have a pixie cut! I dont know how they are still running their business! I have considered taking legal actions but thought it wouldn't have been worth the trouble. Where they find their hairdressers is besides me! Absolutely appalling in every single way! Anyone can do better with their eyes closed! Absolutely angry! Stay the away from this salon!! You'll be saving yourself from heartache!!!

i have been getting my hair done at sechi hair salon since i was in grade 5 i always get my hair dyed there and i have been from blonde to dark brown even red and i've always loved the outcome, i was going to there old salon in altona gate and will still be going to their salon in port melbourne. it is a great salon which i would recomened to anyone

I got my haircut by Kimmon and I was THRILLED OMG!!!! I have naturally curly hair and Kim styled it perfectly, and cut it exactly how I wanted it!!! Then she gave me a Klara cosmetics makeover after I felt a million dollars leaving that salon!!!! Would defs recommend to anyone!

I like getting my hair cut here. Very proffesional staff. The music is great as well and the prices are reasonable.
