Sechi Hair

Great hair salon. I got a complete makeover and they listened to me, got to know me and created a style that took years off my look. Every visit gets better as they get to know you and your hair. Bianca is the best!

I would recommend people to steer clear from this salon. I went there to get foils done and not only did I walk out of the salon with my hair looking like a tiger they got hair dye all over my backside. Instead of apologising for their incompetence, they blamed the supermarket shampoos I was using as a result of why the foils heated too much. Also they only have one technique to cut your hair and it's been almost four months but I am still paying for the damage they have done to my hair even though I have gone to an alternative hairdresser to fix up my hair. My hair keeps falling out and has been cut unevenly. The staff at Sechi Hair Altona Gate are also unskilled as to how to blow wave hair. They can't get a grip with the brush and your hair comes out frizzy.

I had the worst experience here.

I ended up paying too much for a hair colour i did not want (something i could've achieved with a home hair dye kit worth $10).



Aside from maybe one or two staff members the rest were rude.



I also got my makeup done here, which was a total disaster, the makeup brushes were dirty, they layered the makeup without blending it properly and it just looked bad overall.



I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.



First and last time at this place.

Some staff are all very friendly and attentive - I have used this salon twice ad while I was ok with the results I did find one the other staff members to be a little rude and not wanting to do what I had asked. If you're having any kind of blonde done here I suggest you discuss the toner with the hairdresser/s prior to the start of your colour. Overall it wasn't the worst experience I've had in the area - not by a long shot, but certainly thought some of the staff could improve on their customer service skills.
