Secure Parking at this so-called Rialto Tower is located underneath a high rise Meriton service apartment that are usually popular with the tourists. The first few levels down the parking area are exclusively reserved for Meriton guests (with promises of fines for parking at these spots if you are not staying there). It is only after you circle the narrow turns and corners a few levels down that you would finally get an available parking spot, and some are even quite tight it is probably just enough for your car and a little bit of width left to get out of your vehicle not to mention concrete poles here and there, making it one of the difficult parking areas I have ever encountered.
Being underground, there is definitely no phone signal, and with all three lifts that go all the way to the top level of the apartment building, the waiting times to get out of the building might be a little bit longer than expected.
