I went to WIlson in sussex st, didn't know there is 2 wilson same block same street between market st and druitt st, got charge 2 time and no refund, no reply to my matter.
For future customer, i would recommend include the notice for customers in the confirmation email : "please notice there is 2 Wilson in the same block same street and make sure you go to the correct Wilson or we dont refund" to avoid miss-leading.
Be careful parking on a Sunday, the flat fee of $10 only applies if you park after 6:00am.
I competed in the Sydney 1/2 marathon which started at 6:20am, so parked prior to 6:00am. So they charged me $25 for overnight parking on Saturday then another $10 for Sunday.
I only used the parking station for 4 hours, do you think they will listen to my logic about the fee being unfair.
Their website just says "flat fee $10" no mention of only applies after 6:00am.
I agree, I parked there today after reading signs of a flat $12 rate for entry after 2.30pm. Parked for < 4 hours after 3.30 pm and got charged $49 dollars for the pleasure. I would have been much better off using street parking which was available.
