We had installation of roller shutters for pretty much our entire home after spending almost $8.5k. After under 2 years the cable which allows the roller shutter to go up and down was completely frayed consequently not allowing us to be able to open and close the shutter as designed in our bedroom window. After several calls to the sales representative (Paul) he stated that he would organise a techinician to come and view the issue. Several weeks later, we still had not heard from Paul or anyone regarding the matter so then we had to make another phone call this time to the head office of the company. I spoke with Eric (part owner of the company) who found the problem to be “strange” and “unlikely”. He did however state that he would wait for Paul to arrive that afternoon to discuss a possible solution and to date I am yet to receive any sort of feedback.
