Hard to write a review to a business that refuses your business, but buyer beware when dealing with this business.
Emailed to have a couple and perhaps more window roller shutters repaired. When I spoke to company representative, he advised OK to do work, but needed to check appointment book to confirm date and time. Said would call back in 20 minutes. Call not returned. At Securetec we aim to return all calls and attend to all customers, no matter what type of works they are enquiring about. It is very unfortuate that you did not get your follow up call within the guided time, although someone would have probably got caught up in time and as a human error forgotten.
We pride ourselves in customer service as we are a local family run business, so being labelled as not trustworthy really puts a dint in our values.
