Stopped in for a coffee and scone on the weekend.....we waited 15 minutes for the coffees to arrive and gues what......the scones were a further 10 minutes later. No apology, no sorry sir and my partner had the hide to ask for more jam to assist with helping the stale scone more edible and was told that this would be an extra charge.....too funny !......disappointing service, bad attitude and stale scones.....don,t bother look elsewhere when shopping at Westfield and needing a coffee.

The sandwiches on the menu ranged from $7.50 - $9.00, which is reasonable I think for a cafe sandwich. A salad sandwich was $7.50 however apparently the cost of mine was due to the chicken which was "added"! After mentioning that this was an inappropriate price to charge for my sandwich (especially ...read more
