Absolutely disgraceful service. Thermelec staff rude and uncaring. Head office Adelaide the same. They have no after hours call out available. So you need to turn the water off and wait till you can get hold of them on a week day?shouldn’t a company of this size have after hours call our team available?sit in your house with no aircon till they decide to turn up? Had surgery week previously at home recuperating when the system stopped. Tried all avenues eventually paid a tech to come and look it was 32 degrees outside. The control panel was not supplying voltage to open the solenoid and let water in. Disconnect this and got air con. I will pay to have a completely new brand new system installed if I have to. Seeley and Thermelec you should be ashamed
