Select Training has extensive experience in the fields of face to face sales, customer service (both internal and external), and telephone sales (closing the sale). We firmly believe in a concept we call the Care Factor. So many people in service roles today simply do not care about their customers enough and we know why. That is what we work on. We believe in targeting training to the areas that make the biggest difference to a companys performance, such as face to face sales, telephone sales and customer service. We also recognize the need for our customers to be able to benchmark and monitor their teams performance in these areas, hence our phantom and mystery shopping services.
