Also specialize in tournament training and competing. we train and compete in ISKA, bjj judo and other tournaments.

i have just started training about 5 weeks ago here, and love it. training is great, the instructors are very good. i like how they run through a few different things in a class, so its never boring. i'm getting much fitter and faster. i like how the classes are both traditional and modern mma. great workout. i'm going into my first tournament in a few weeks time, can't wait. i also plan to do the gym next door when it opens soon. smilley
