Went to this clinic today and the Doctor there said didn't have time to look up my query and didn't know very basic information on referral for pathology tests. Then refused to refer me to a specialist unless I called around first and then made another appointment for doctor to write a referral letter! Very unprofessional and generally not very knowledgeable, and most of all rude. Whatever happened to service?
