Semaphore Veterinary Surgery

We have 2 dogs we have been taking to this surgery for 7 years and quite often they run late, it happens. Last time we waited 45 minutes for our appointment. Yesterday, i was running late due to traffic and rang to advise same. The response was you need to rebook. I suggested they take the next appointment in & I’d follow after that - same patients, same number of appointments, just a swap. As it turned out they’d overbooked and this was the perfect out for them, cancel this appointment. It’s disappointing that there is no care factor here for the animals, we have an appointment for a reason. Do yourself and your pets a favour and find a vet surgery that genuinely cares about your pets and their owners, and respects that a little flexibility is good for business - it goes both ways.

Recently My Dog was Viciously attacked by 2 other dogs, & almost had his head ripped off. Semaphore Veterinary Surgery could Not have provided a better service, They were Very attentive & caring- Not only to My dog But to Myself also. They Did such a fantastic job when stitching him up, that one side of His head the scar has completely gone......
