STAY AWAY! If I could give zero stars I would. They double booked my appointment for a 30 min massage, simply told me I needed to wait 30 mins without so much as an apology for the inconvenience. I unfortunately had purchased a multiple visit pass and requested a refund, as I wasn't interested in returning after that experience. They haven't responded to the 4 emails I've sent over the past 3 weeks. No refund, no response, no apology, appalling customer service.
This is the only place I will go to for any of my beauty needs. I am a regular for all of my waxing and never had any problems. Past salons I had been to had either burnt me with wax, taken off half my eyebrows or left wax on my face. I have finally found a place that hasn't done any of the above and have shaped my eyebrows to suit my face.
The bonus is that whatever wax they are using is so gentle on the skin and barely even hurts.
Next time I am going to get a facial and massage!
