Nice guy, terrible plumber. Not sure about the authenticity of the other reviews on here because I'm pretty disappointed. A 'sensationally' bad experience and waste of money.
I would urge other people who have used this plumber to inspect the workmanship because both the two jobs done at my premises were not done correctly.
Stormwater piping installed was angled in the wrong direction in multiple areas. The channel drain that was installed separately was inadequate as it was not long enough and water pooled around the drain rather than going down it. Also, the drain was not covered when it was concreted in so the grate is unable to be removed for cleaning (i.e. leaves, dirt) as it is permanently concereted in position
I requested he come back twice to fix his mistakes before I gave up and fixed it myself.
I contacted Jonathan after a missed appointment by another business. He organised an early appointment, and he arrived at my place 10 minutes before the set time. He was polite, efficient and tidy about his work. His service is much appreciated, and comes very highly recommended!
I sent 5 plumbers a txt on Saturday. Jonathan replied within 10 minutes no one else replied at all. I needed a dishwasher installed. He gave me a quote and that didn't change after he finished the job. He got straight in and did a great job. Really nice guy too. While he was at my house with his apprentice a call came through from someone looking for an apprenticeship he told the guy he would call him back in 30mins with the number of someone who might be interested which I thought was very nice of him.
